1. Scope of Services

Bhanu Surarchita Enterprises (BSE Marine) operates as a procurement, cold-chain logistics, and supply coordination partner. All contracts, quotation commitments, and delivery schedules are subject to raw material availability, weather conditions, and seasonal harvest yields.

2. Quotations & Pricing

Quotations are based on direct pond count valuations, size grading specs, and freight indices. Written quotes are valid only for the period specified therein due to the volatile nature of the seafood trading market.

3. Logistical Commitments

While we utilize our own transport fleet and enforce strict cold-chain discipline, transit times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. state-border delays, severe monsoon weather). Risk of loss transfers as per standard Incoterms specified in individual supply contracts.

4. Quality & Acceptances

Quality screenings are executed pre-harvest and pond-side. Processors and exporters must check quality parameters and size counts upon receipt at the delivery dock. Claims must be submitted within the timelines agreed in the respective supply contract.

5. Governing Law

These terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh, India.
